Perth

Had an opportunity to get the cruiser out of the trailer and head into Perth today, needed to get a wedding present for the niece, gee it’s sure changed, we only got as far as the big place in Cannington, carousel or something. Had a pretty awesome feed there and must have walked a few miles. Took us a couple of hours there and back, we are currently based at a ripper place just to the east of York called Greenhills, the tavern there allows you to free camp if you spend at the tavern, and why not, great beer, great food. It’s one place we’ll get back to sometime in the future.

THe camping at the pub sounds good. Bit of country air mixed in with a cold beer and a feed sounds the goods to me.

Hi scano, it’s a 72 hour

Hi scano, it’s a 72 hour camping spot, I’d stay a week if I could, but it’s 72 hours for a reason, tonight will be our last night and tomorrow we’ll move again. Can highly recommend the Black Angus steak. Best I’ve eaten.

Greenhills pub

It's more than 25 years since I was last there.  At the time I was a bit of a city farmer and spent most weekends in the York area and it was a top spot then.

I grew up in Queens Park

I grew up in Queens Park (Gimme ya wallet c*nt) and Carousel was a short walk away. My wife even worked there for a few years and now I avoid it.

Took the kids down for a bit of shoe shopping and to see the new renovations a few weeks back. No Thanks.

Best to treat it like a Zika filled mozzie IMHO

That would be an interesting occupation, it’s all well behind us now, couple of days here in three springs then onto Mingenew for about a month. Farm life for a while.
