From Perth to Exmouth

 Hey guys, i m Mattew and i m new in the forum.

I m organizing a trip from pert to exmouth in jenuary.

I m so excited and im already oganizing everything.

I m bringing w me some big overhead for fishing w balloon and some heavy spin rod for try where i can t w balloon.

I would like to catch everything can give me  a good fight, may be a good size shark.

I ve never been in WA and i really don t know anything about some good spot. 

So i need help guys. Every advice is really appreciated.

there is loads of information on this forum if you use the search forum.

 

from my limited experience, the spinning for Tailor at Kalbarri is very good. I fished the beach near a place I think was called Red Bluff. There are sharks here but I'd save that for Exxy.

 

Exxy is a land based fishing paradise. Spinning will catch all manner of things. Have a look at some of the old posts for a guide. As for the Sharks - no need for balloons up there! You can get monsters simply by casting off the beach.

Watch out for roos if travelling at night, there are plenty about from Overlander north right through to Exmouth
