As the weather starts warming up, the local wildlife is beginning to stir, came across this fella today sunning himself in the garden near my office in the village, probly one of the longest I've seen in a while.

I haven't seen any snakes yet, but I don't think they will be far away, this fella is at Rio Yandi.

This one is not the biggest I've seen, but as I said, he's certainly the longest. Got a pic of one on my phone from Hope Downs 1 and he has lost most of his tail, but the rest of him is huge.

Mongrels get under our bus at night in some places and cause a racket. Cant leave nothing out, all our rubbish needs to be secured, hatches closed because they get into everything,

Haha yeah, in our BBQ areas we put a tin under the barbie to catch the fat. They get into that and make a huge mess.
