Pink cray flesh ok?

I just defrosted some crays to put on the BBQ for lunch. One of them has totally pink flesh. It is a white. Is it ok to eat or will it go mushy or something? Cheers

Microsporidosis? Have at look at this link this might be the same thing. Had one with milky looking flesh early in the season looked pink and half cooked.
