Point Peron boat ramp dedicated lanes
Submitted by SeperateKnob on Sun, 2020-11-22 12:04
Hey the council is trialing dedicated lanes for launch and retrieve. Should be a good idea for the cray run to avoid confusion with the crazy peak period early mornings. I think it would be better to have 4 of the 6 ramps for retrieving starting from 11am. Don’t see the point in having 3 launch ramps once the sea breeze has kicked in

Need these at Matilda Bay, it was borderline farcical yesterday and it wasn't even that busy. Problem occurs when boats are tied up and you can't tell if they're going in or out which clogs the whole thing up.

As an aside, I am thinking about taking the family to Penguin Island so is this the best ramp to leave from? Port Kennedy doesn't look too much fun if strong SWer kicks up
