Point Peron Poo Pipe

Headed out from Shoalwater bay today towards 5FB in the vacinity of the end of the Poo pipe that currently has warnings relating to health issues fishing within 1km of the end.
Jesus Christ can you smell it when you're out there! The water is filthy and you can see the slick extending towards GI.
At first I accused my mate but once we realised it was neithe of us, it kept getting stronger.
I didn't notice any signs at the ramp but as it is a health warning, I am surprised there is nothing there.
Further surprised that Fisheries research were parked in the no parking verge area when we got back. Right in the spot plenty of people get fined.

If an industrial site in Cockburn dumped heir by product in the sound there would be hell to pay. Prosecutions should be followed up with these incidents they are to easily reported and let slide.
