Pool Recommendations
Submitted by dodgy on Mon, 2012-10-01 10:34
Looking at putting a plunge pool or large spa in at my place in Perth. Anyone got any recommendations as to who to use or stay away from? Anything I particularly need to be aware of?

save $20 K
Save your $ 20 k and use the ocean , lot less hassle and allows you to invest in a bigger boat

Sooner I get the house all
Sooner I get the house all sorted the sooner I can afford the time to make a new boat worthwhile. Bit too far for the mrs to drag the kids to the beach all the time when I'm away at work.

Yeah that a particular
Yeah that a particular company took our $5000 cheque and cashed without our pool going in the ground after the crane burst a water main. Cheeky pricks. Just don't pay anything until it's in the ground. And beware that the bobcat driver will charge you extra if they go over their allocated time which isn't much. You will also need to find somewhere to get rid of the fill. I was lucky and knew the manager of the local golf course they are always looking for clean fill. The other thing was they didn't glue some of the pipe connections and lucky for us we have only paved so an easy fix.
