Pork Crackling

Came across some pork crackling I had bought reduced use by product. Intention was to use it for craybait (as pork fat). Will this work like pork fat ? Cheers

I might be wrong but i think you have to remove
the skin before using in pot, have a double check the rules regarding baits for pots. hope you get some crays

Pretty sure rules say something about it being illegal
to use any mammal material with skin or hyde attached. Think i read that a couple years ago when i use to crayfish.

Just saw this in rules
You may not fish for rock lobster using any bovine material (other than gelatine or tallow), skin or hide, anything to which mammal skin or hide is attached, abalone material or lobster material. Pot limits No more than 2 rock lobster pots per

Reckon I'll have to have a go at skinning. Cant cook as I left them out the fridge too long a while back

Wow I can not be bothered
Going on google . ( too many big words) 100 percent allowed .and for that price I wouldn’t eat it . $3.90! Buy packs of crackle . Salt./ garlic yum
