Posting a screen grab

Some might know but in case you don't There is a handy tool called snipping tool. Once I found it I used it all the time. It is standard in windows from windows 7 and possibly earlier. You can grab a section of any part of a screen and paste into email or any other document or you can save the image to a folder. So if you want to quickly grab a part of a website or an image of something you just select the area you want and paste. In the case of the forum, selec t save and save it to desktop or some other temporary location as an image file and then use the forum picture tools to put it into your post.

Unfortunately you can only do it in a new thread and not an existing thread.

This is what it looks like and you can seach windows programs for it it's called snipping tool.

Awesome tip. I've always gone the long way about it and printed the screen and then cropped it in MS Paint. This is going to save me a lot of time at work.
