Preston beach reports?

Was thinking of going down to Preston beach this arvo/night for a fish. Anyone been down that was l8ltly? Any reports?

The last I heard,the beach was pretty chopped up and the last front that came thru scared the fish off, but you can only try mate

Plenty of whiting and herring
Plenty of whiting and herring thats about all i caught last weekend cleaned up on herring within 30 mins of first cast took my share and put the rest back
