A question for stradic owners!

I have the old school FH stradics. As you may know they do not have a waterproof drag! Do any of you know whether the waterproof spools and drag knobs fit these? And has anyone retro fitted there,s with a waterproof setup? Thanks

Unfortunately, the new FI spools don't fit. When they changed the model, they changed the whole reel.
The best thing you can do is after you cleaned and put the drag washers back in is to run some grease around the rim of the top metal washers. Giving it a seal, temporary.
Normally that shouldnt be too much of a concern as the washers are all compressed anyway, so water should not get inbetween them.
