My personal opinion's he's as guilty as sin. But the high court found the evidence lacking and with a few holes in it. Prosecution pretty well relied on circumstancial evidence always hard to convict someone with that. His life is over anyway like Rolf's, he's a hated man.

However...

My only issue was I think our justice system fucked this one up given the evidence that was before them.

On the balance of probabilities....YES
He was always going to be freed on appeal.
For the same / similar reasons Lindy Chamberlain's conviction was overturned.
ps. I'm not of his religion, and abhor "kiddy fiddlers"

Did you guys listen to the original decision? ( I know its hard to keep emotions out of this because i hate the fucking boy rooters as well )
But the initial evidence that was given i dont think he should have been convicted initially so to see this squashed doesn't suprise me!!
