Reduction of shark numbers

I am working on the reduction of shark numbers in hedland . 1 less after today . Got a feed of the usual as well which is dinner tonight

You left half of it on the head Russ.
When cleaning, follow the gill cavity up till the back of the head, you can see a small wrinkle when you bend the head back, then cut across or cut acrooss before grabbing the fin and cutting through it and up into the gill cavity so the fin stays with the head.
That size is good chewing, well done
