Reel to match Azusa rod

I have an Azusa 6'8" rod AES682M, 10-40 g lure, 6-10 kg line, max drag 6kg. Chasing tailor and spanglies off the beach (different places of course). What reel am I looking at without going overboard into the Stella, Certate range of things. Need a budget reel.
