went down this mornin to hillarys bout 7ish till bout 1ish
only caught a medium size squid and heaps of blowies
saw a guy catch a tailor
a few squid around, a ray or 2 but thats about all

yeah me and tyson went down
yeah me and tyson went down there bout 9am this morning, south wall, only using lures, no hits no nothing...
went to north wall and tried our luck there with some softies and just got horded by blowies.

What a dissapointment
Those blowies at Hailarys are an absolute nuisance. Thanks for the heads up guys, I was going to go down that way, but I think I will find a beach with a nice gutter instead.

where are you based if you were heading down there for a fish, and what sort of fishing do you usually do and what you chasing

I live in Mirrabooka and fish everywhere from North Mole up to Ocean Reef. I don't have a boat, so I am landbased at the moment, beach and groynes. I love all fishing and hoping to get out to sea a few times in the New Year. Love to a hitch a ride if you have a spare spot.

some dude was squid jigging and hooked up to some monsters but didnt land any

just off the disabled platform on the north wall-------
quite a few squid around u can feel em but within seconds ur jig is surrounded in blowies
