Rfbl random selection

Has anyone else received a call from uwa fisheries research saying their licence has been randomly selected for a survey regarding rock lobster fishing? I've kindly declined twice this week. Maybe fisheries are on a new mission?

Sanctuary Zones
Might have something to do with the current proposal for sanctuary zones in Marmion Marine Park that would remove about half of the rock lobster fishing grounds between Hillarys and Two Rocks?

Got the same call
A few weeks back got the same sort of call. Seemed like a young Uni student on the phone doing the survey and when I asked him a few questions about cray movements and so on he didn't have a clue. So it was either a scam or just cheap labor, where Fisheries had outsourced the job to a Uni and they used students etc.
