Rhino roof racks

I have found a roof rack cage (used) for my rhino roof racks, the u bolts are to narrow. Can i just get U Bolts that will fit? Can they be from bunnings or do they have to be special ones.

They sell specialised u bolts for rhino racks
And particular channel bolts for mounting the roof rack basket, the the racks themselves.
Dont get too carried away though, they are only roof rack bolts. Just make sure they don't scratch your roof or anything of that nature

I had this issue before. I just straightened one side in the vice and rebent to make the right width. There was enough thread that even when made wider it wasnt too short.

You can get correct ones at any Auto Pro shop (other similar outlets too probably). There are different profiles to suit the cross beams. Better to get correct ones rather than risk loosing the load.
