Richter plug under weighted?

So I've just bought a richter plug for the first time in years along with some slices and I noticed for a 3 ounce plug it is surprisingly light compared to the 70g twisty I bought so I took to the scales and it proved me right. It weight 68g but if my math is correct 3 ounces should convert to ~84g. Anyone else notice this? I know it's not essentially a big deal but 16g could be the difference between no fish and killing the pig

Take it back to place of purchase
Your right 28g = 1 oze
84g = 3 oze
When you buy something that is stated as a certain weight that is what weight you want your purchase to be.
When you buy a kilo of steak you want it to be 2.2lb not 2.0 lb.

With THAT sort of reasoning...
...there'd be no point in buying a Richter plug, then! Which means more for ME. At a cheaper price!
