Is river blocked at stadium bridge

Hi all
can anyone confirm if the river is blocked off at the new stadium bridge. Was planning on dropping boat in at Maylands and running up to rocky bay.

According to Main Roads website it’s closed to recreational vessels.

yep its closed.
Been doing some work on the east perth side. SRBPA have barges situated in the middle of the river at times for lifting and positioning parts of the bridge.
