Rockingham all the way to Woodman Point!

Hi lads,
Went for a drive yesterday all the way down to Rockingham area just to see whats the deal. As I went down to have a peek on whats going on out in the water, there's baitballs being harrassed every 2-5mins intervals. But I wasn't armed with anything so I headed upto Woodman Point to do the same and all I see is baitball getting bashed every 5-10mins intervals aswell. I don't know whats the go but there's something big out there that making these fish hurl and jump out of the water.

there any birds in the water harrasing them? Or just bait? Good to hear any how.

There wasn't any birds
There wasn't any birds hovering above them but the baitfish were so agitated and just bursting out of the water then goes quite, then the water erupts again.

Bait balls
G'day guys, was out in the sound yesterday with my young bloke and we too saw bait balls every where, but we saw penguins with them as well. Cast lures, mulies to them and nothing else seemed to be around, tried trolling around them with the same results.
