Ok i tested a rod a man had with him, all the markings on it were IMX or lmx apparently it is the new jarvis walker brand or whatever, i cant find anything on it. Was a custom rod, blank cost him 120$ i would like to know where to get my hands on it.
Was 4-8kg Im pretty sure

IMX - G Loomis
And unless JW have branched out somewhat, they don't do "blanks" that i know of.
If it's a custom rod, it doesn't necessarily have to have the brand on it. My mate has a custom Calstar and it has no brand names on it at all - you wouldn't know unless you asked him.

G-Loomis
Designate and market a specific type of graphite rod as IMX graphite. In relative terms (and I am going off memory here) is about 20% lighter than IM6 and a bit stiffer - theoretically a lighter stronger rod.
So to sum up, its like a G-Loomis brand to designate the type of graphite it is made of - it's their "top of the tree" model I believe.
