Rod for talica 8

Hey Guys

I'lll be buying a talica 8 soon and want a rod to match. How would the Major Craft Crostage 60/3 go with this reel? At around 450g, im not too sure how well balanced this setup will be. I'll be using it for light-medium offshore jigging using pe4 but also double up as a snapper rod floating out pillies. Not sure whether to get the 60/3 or the 63/3? Other recommendations are welcome. Cheers fellows

When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:

n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or

n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

I love mine, the crostage looks a great value rod, but a bit light on for what you want.

good for light, not for medium.

check out a local shop and get a feel for balance.

Oceanside carry them, definitely worth a look. JM make a number of rubbish rods of which I've owned a few, this is not one of them (in my opinion)
