The Eagles to bounce back with a win against Essendoping with King Darling back in the side. Are Collingwood the new flat track bullies? Their seven wins from the bottom seven sides, imposters methinks. Well we'll find out this weekend GWS for me . And because I'm not tipping GC over the Shockers, Sydney just over North and I think Melbourne might stand up this week over the Saints.

Definitely got a new FTB team. The eagle's have all but dropped that tag. collingwood stepping up and will confirm it by not beating GWS.
Hird will be the next coach out of work... eagles will put another nail in his coffin. for some reason I reckon this will be a blow out.
Who is port playing? geelong? port for me.
Pav won't have two bad games in a row. The new pearce is a look at our future. taberner as well. The young guys to shine. freo will win.
I'd love to see north beat sydney just to get that 2 game buffer back, but I think it's unlikely. sydney.
and melbourne are definitely a better team. Dees to win.

Forget performance enhancing - because I don't think that counts in any of the situations. But in terms of "drug use" - are the 2 teams really any different now ?

no comparison in my opinion.
crowley hasn't broken any law except the rules of football and sport in general.

I don't think that Crowley is a drug cheat. What he took was nothing that would make you play better, probably the opposite. It was a pain killer, gee, I take heaps of that and I'm not a drug cheat. I would like to see him go around again next year. I think there a job for him in the team.

The asda take on pain
The asda take on pain killers is the same as giving pain relief to horses to get them through a race. it allows a player (or horse) to play (run) through an injury and enhances the risk of injury being made worst and is a risk to the player.
it's simple - it's against the rules. He should have gone to the club doctor and got something that wasn't a prescribed. even if that meant he missed a week or two afterwards.

certain meds are banned as they can mask a worse drug, it was said crowleys drug could have helped him play through large amounts of pain and could have contributed to worse injuries that may not of been detected.

I don't think he would be challenging at the moment. But really would you rather see someone be sanction for that or the Steven may bump on rockcliff? I think the latter is part of the game and sellwoods completely unnecessary.
