I've got zero issue with the
I've got zero issue with the medal being renamed to include Ben Allen but the way Freo have gone about this change on Derby eve and not even having the balls to come out and tell the real story from the start smacks as the actions of a soulless, nothing club with no history and no future that will never earn the respect of the league. I hope we smash little brother to the tune of 15 goals and arrange for Ross Glendenning to be parachuted into the ground and circle whoever is left in the crowd on the way to the presentation to give Yeo his medal.

was a great game today , we got a gift of two tickets from my nephew , he happens to be a freo fan , so we had to bunker down in the freo cheers squad section right behind goals , totally crowded in with writhing screaming freo fans ... they went wild with joy till the eagles got on top in the second half and lead, ..after that the mood and crowd around us was right after the umps at every turn
good game imo , umps made blues for both teams , jetta needs removing asap , hearn and McGovern played awesome games , and the freo fans had to listen to us whoop it up all the way to the win ...every mark , goal & stolen possession was pure joy today among the frockers deep circle

My only comment about the umpiring is to highlight that mccarthy's missed 50 m penalty absolutely cost us a goal (but he still should have kicked it from 50). David mundy's miss on 3/4 time, and fyfe's miss in the last was the difference.
Hurn should have been the only medal winner. He was the most influential player.
And i loved pearce's job on kennedy. That was a big test on a quality forward in a defence under siege. Pearce is qualty. Needs to improve his disposal though.
Good to see freo's younger players not get overwhelmed. Brayshaw looks super composed for someone who has played 6 games. Crowden is a great tackler, cerra classsy and duman composed under pressure. The future looking good.
Great game. Both teams looking like they have improved from 2017.

I think both sides missed easy goals randall from set shots and entrys into the 50s
eagles had several open goals that could have been run in closer , instead of skill errors and lack of judgement , from half time I was always confident we would run out the win ,
umps where a bit off , but it was pretty even in that area imo
