Nothing wrong at all with the taste of fresh sambo, nor the practice of keeping one. Worms can sometimes be an issue though.

No, just what are the regulations of spearing a fish (ie deliberately killing it) and not taking it home (ie to eat?).
Lets not get into the semantics of use for bait etc as I doubt that was the purpose of the catch.
Just curious thats all. Most people that go jigging for sambos C&R don't they?
