get the station going - flour , egg , crumbs except for the crumbs try panko(japanese) crumbs. Add a few mustard seeds and shaved burger(shaved parmasan).
freezer bags help speed up the process for the flour and crumbing
then shallow fry till crumbs are just brown each side . wasabi and mayo mixed as dipping sause , yum.
does take a while to prep but worthy and will turn 1 squid into a good size snack for a couple

cheers guys.got the king gorge at the northen end mate, that was the 1st squid ive ever caught hey and to be honest didnt think it was a monster hey
both tasted awesome!! hopefully gonna head out this weekend for a snapper bash if the weather permits any advice?
