Saturday night just seems so slow

Where everyone is i do not know

Lots would have gone out for a fish

And many others could only but wish

As the day went on into the night

We ended needing to turn on a light

Some may have gone into retravision

Then gone home to turn on the new television

Only to find not much on at all

All it does is drive you up the wall

Thinking about all the things you could have done

But with all that procrastinating you have achieved none

You pick up a pen and paper and start to scribble

But all that comes out is a pile of dribble

They say the pen is mightier than the sword

But as you can probably tell that i am bored
