don't know the what the story is with this dingy I saw tied up at the point peron ramp upside down this arvo hope no one got hurt , still had the outboard attached

found out the story behind it
it actually has been there since last Friday it capsized at the sisters last Thursday and two blokes spent the night clinging to the up turned hull and were rescued by the Rockingham sea rescue , I got this info from a rocky rescue volley today at the ramp today
