Scam phone calls

been getting inundated by phone calls and they come up on the screen as London, but they can be anywhere in the world. The numbers will start with +44 203. After doing some research, the 203 is the London part of it and there are companies who sell these numbers to the scammers for £30 a month or similar. There’s a heap of these numbers out there and I’ve blocked over a dozen on my phone. Don’t know what the scam is and not really interested anyways.

I went through the same thing a while back. Ended up answering all the calls but never saying hello. Just put the phone on the table and let them talk to themselves. Costs them money for no result. Stopped after a few months but still a pain.

Don't bother blocking.

I've been getting a lot of them, they only ring once or teice, then expect you to ring back. Mine have come from Cuba, Estonia, latvia...just ignore them easy to do, and I don't see any point in blocking, as they never seem to come from the ame number twice. Easiest of scams to igore, IMO. They want you to ring back, but it will connect to the local version of a 1300 number, at very high cost per minute, and the scammers get a cut.

So just don't ring back, simples. Haven't we dealt with this a couple of months ago?
