Hi guys was wondering whether its possible to pull 2 sea biscuits behind my boat or just 1
its a 4.75m quintrex 40hp 2 stroke

You should be abe to do it if your boat has the right prop on it and is not loaded down with all sorts of heavy bits and bobs.
You could buy a different prop for it just to do the bisquit pulling if the motor is strugling and cannot get to max revs.

yeah only do it occasionly, didnt buy the boat for that. I have 2 biscuits so will have a crack

It should do it but just may not go as fast as you want..... Try it and see how you go then change the prop as glastro mentioned if need be.
