Hi Guys/Girls,

Just a quick note to anyone that plans to sell gear on fishwrecked. You must make sure that you are selling the actual product that you have described. For example, you can't put an inferior product in a better products box and then sell it. Ie, you can't put a Molcraft lure in a Richter lure box and then say that its a Richter lure and sell it because it is mis-representing that product.

This practice is illegal and I will be keeping a close eye on sales in future. I'm pretty sure that the offending thread was a genuine mistake, but this serves as notice for anyone in future that if you are caught deliberately doing something like this you will be banned from this site and further action will be taken. If it is a genuine mistake, then we will give you a warning and remove the post from the site.

Please have a quick think about the stuff you are about to post for sale before doing so.
