Its a sand bar whaler also known as a thickskin.

i dont think that it is a sandbar. sandbar usually have a really high dorsal fin. i.could be wrong but.

It is almost impoosible to put an accurate name on whalers based on photographs alone. My feeling for this one is a Dusky Whaler Carcharhinus obscurus.
