Shark ID

Mate got this ages ago in Cockburn, reckons it's a Blacktip - I'm just seeking confirmation / correction as I got no idea what it is and I was under the impression those species are more north. Cheers

Black Tip

Tue, 2017-04-11 06:34

Black tip is my call, they can be caught all the way down the coast, not all of them have the distinctive black tip on the dorsal fin.
Long nose greys are not as common as most fishers think.

 It's a spinner not a black

It's a spinner not a black tip, it's nose is way to long to be a black tip, good thought tho, but yea they are pretty common, I see em all the time
