Certainly will be. I'm not phased by all the greenys sooking, although I don't fish places with surfers as I surf myself and wouldn't appreciate it.

Re-read it and seen the rest of the post, pb is a 2.5ish meter tiger from the sand. I use a titus 50W 60lb big game igfa mono, 4ish meter wind on of 200lb leader and 1.5m of thick wire down to a biiig single circle. Choice of bait is mullet, salmon, tuna etc anything fresh and bloody.

my best metro spot iv pulled

Tue, 2017-10-10 13:47

my best metro spot iv pulled sharks is a beach anyone wouldnot even think twice about.  iv had 3 m plus tigers in the shore break and 1 monster 4m plus chase a black ray into the beach. the ray beached it self from 200m out to get away

I'll be sliding for them but not yakking.

People fish for sharks because they are there, we're not the reason they are attracted to the beach

My sister wants to catch one

Tue, 2017-10-10 15:58

My sister wants to catch one I'll target them after we've got out feed of whiting... heaps of tigers/hammers in the 10m mark out from Mandurah... personal best in that area was a 3.5m tiger on a whole mullet, for the smaller hammers we use a live whiting about 3m below the surface.

Only small ones but plenty around! 1~1.5m max

only use a 12 year old penn 330gti  and a graphite rod I purchased from Kalbarri post office for $60... hooked a few tigers with that combo and got them boat side.

Landed a small bronzie a few

Tue, 2017-10-10 20:42

Landed a small bronzie a few months back, first one i've landed targeting them.

Started with the Alvey and 50lb mono, penn 950 and 80lb braid, both got tail whipped.

Now Alvey is 50lb mono to 150lb mono, stopped my one hook up since.

Broken hand might force me back to the penn for a while, added 100lb leader after lossing a blue groper and shark in the one morning.

Been sliding whole mullet, the bigger ones attract less rays i reckon.

Had a big bronzie eyeball me and a mate off the rocks one morning, plenty here on the south coast.

Plenty of 2m to 4m Tigers. Bronzies and Whites too. No surf to battle through. Swim or paddle a bait out 60m. Good car parking etc.

 Slidebaiting the south coast

Tue, 2017-10-17 21:15

Slidebaiting the south coast I used to target sharks a lot and myself and my brother have some decent ones. 3m+ bronze whalers and the odd big nurse on castbaits or slides. I always made sure I did it away from swimming beaches andnever received any negative attention. I hate seeing people post photos of popular beaches people swim at then wondering why people get upset that they have caught a shark there even though the shark was in the area more than likely.
