As for availablity, only the JigWrex are available. The Blue Rose rods are not gonna be available for sometime yet.

Just looking at the site... do ya recon they've got their 80kg rating for the rose wrong? 176lb!!!

Yeah they did the same for the PE6, they've put kilos instead of pounds lol.

I thought it would be more around $550, which is based on 48000 Japanese yen for the PE10 (most expensive model) on http://www.plat.co.jp/english/shimano/salt_rod/blue_rose/blue_rose.htm. Aussie ones could be priced differently though, as it's obvious we have a much smaller range of Blue Rose.

Yeah....dont expect our prices to be similar to theirs as our are imported from Japan where as Plat is based in Japan.

no its not confidential but I have no idea of the brand all I know its from a major Taiwan factory that makes blanks for many of the top Japanese companies.
