shrk bay + coral bay fishing help!

hey all,
i am from bunbury and heading up north to shark bay then onwards to coral bay for 2 weeks while we are there will do a charter or 2 but would also like to do a bit of land base fishing, are there any spots were i am likely to get lucky? also i am dead keen to hook up a shark any tips?

when your in shark bay go to cape peron, there is a huge long sand bank there, we have caught heaps of school mackeral golden spot trevs and plently of stingrays and shraks, my dad hook a 2-3m lemon shark that gave him some greef for a good half hour! if the wind is behind you but a ballon on your bait and let it drift out, have seen lots of big splashes futher out

hey mate, do you mean right to the point of the park, and the sand bar to the east side? also what baits you use for the sharks?

night fish
night fish off point maud beach road past the air port some big sharks come through there some you cant stop with bit gear

great thanks heaps! for the sharks reckon live bait would be much better? caught a heap of herring that im going to freeze and take up and was hoping to give them a crack, and as for the trevs and school macks got some halco slices been doing a bit of reading and they seem to be the go?
