I have some little rapala
I have some little rapala skitter pops that the tidal creek baby GT's and queenies just love.
Might be a bit big for herring but any legal size chopper would have them.
The best herring popper I ever had was actually a fly. I just used on a my 1/2kg rod and could cast it 25 meters. That was enough for herring in a burley slick.
It was something like this but in a blue/ white baitfish sorta look. About 1.5 cm of hardbody and 2cm of feathers. Shit hot it was.

Yozuri 3d pops...probably
Yozuri 3d pops...probably best small popper ive ever owned. Catches the pants of halcos/r2s etc.
Hard to find/get hold of though. $17.95 a pop they arent THAT expensive, but well worth it. Campbells has a few ... ;)
