Jigwrex PE6 or Van Staal PE6-PE10

What would be the best buy. With all the sales at the moment thought i might upgrade my T-Curve 400 Jig. Looking at either one of these rods but not to sure. Have been told the Van Staals are a good rod but lack in after sales service for warranty where shimano are top notch. Have a Saltiga 40 overhead running PE6 Jigman to go on it. Only realy useing for jigging and deep water bottom fishing.

Thanks

The Jig wrex is nice, parobolic but for that money we find we sell more of our "custom Jigmaster". They're made from the same Fuji components and blank comes from the same origin (taiwan )........ the difference it's not mass produced and made locally.

The Van Staal is nice, the after sales is good but i find them too parobolic.....very soft.

If I had the $$

If I had the $$ I would buy a Vann Staal rod, I have one of the spin version concept rods that Ian Bailey built when helping with the deseign of the rods and testing the blanks. Its built off the same type of blank however only a 3 wrap and not a 6 wrap like the production rods, making it a lot lighter. But I tell ya it gets a good curve on and puts a fair bit of hurt on the fish!

Yep, very slow action on the van staal. Jigwrexes are nice and that would be my choice.
