Snapper fishing Cockburn

Can anyone please tell me if change in light is the main ingredient for snapper fishing or rising tide. Sat evening looks ok but there is a low in the late arvo. Would love to give it a try. Thank you.

( change of tide). That's my favorite. But not always the case. That's why it's called fishing.

I use solunar Tables / almanac
....and after a very informative snapper night at CPBA, our resident Snapper Whisperer, Ryan Thipthorp, agrees with using the bite times as an additional guide for tagretting Pinkies

Ctan, The change in light is a factor but certainly not the major. The High tide and Low tide changes are very important with bite times being a secondary factor!

Lately I've been getting fish around the low tide change well before sundown!
