Solid State relays

Anyone use these?
I have issues with mech relays atm
corrosion obviously
and am wondering if these would be better
Can always jump a relay solid or mechanical
2 need replacing 25 amp and 60 amp
A small wire will do the job for a short time but its not good
And I could seal the ssrs totally so whats the thoughts

They can be a bit hit and
They can be a bit hit and miss, if you get the wrong one then they can have quite a high on-resistance.
Get the right one and they last forever (as long as the terminals don't corrode out).
You definitely need to do your research, they're not as easy to spec and use as a normal clunk clunk type.

over spec was always on the
over spec was always on the mind
And reliable brand names not "china cheap" also
they are getting to a reasonable price so thought i would look into them
