South Beach Freo, anyone ever caught a fish there?

Been to South Beach groyne 5 or six times, morning, afternoon, dusk with prawns, squid, mulies, soft plastics, burley, hardbodies and never caught jack. Is the place cursed or is it me?

Don't know if its luck or not. See my post from 29th. Caught in the morning. Keep at it as many can say the same that they go out for jack.
Why not look around and see what others are doing, ping their spots (lol).

We used to fish there as a kid. We got tailor and whiting and a Mulla once. I think off the dog beach to the south was better than the actual groin.

Have to burley the crap out
Have to burley the crap out of the place....and then try to avoid kids jumping off the groin everywhere. I don't fish there anymore. Only catch trumpeters and tiny whiting if any.

used to catch some nice size whiting there. its been a long time since i last had a fish there though.
