southwind centre console

hey everyone i was looking for opinions on southwind centre consoles in the 5-7M range, they look like theyd cut through the waves and be a good ride in a rough sea like wa conditions, not looking to buy yet just looking for opinions

Nice boat that requires
UB/Banana boats? Nice boat that requires little power on the transom. As with most boats, the bigger the better.
Wet though.
Look for the other brands of UB boats, seems that the Southwind line had gunnel issues.

I don't exactly know what period had the problems with the flakey gunwales.
Other longboats similar include; goodwin, hooker, stinger, wild lizard and a few others.
There is even a version in polyethelyene!

Are you talking about the Banana style boats or the actual centre console rig which i believe only come out in a 5.8 mt otherwise the banana style comes out in 3 or 4 sizes
