Spare o/head reel

Gday fellas
Was going through all my gear the other day and came across a tekota 500 ( 64cm per crank, 8 kg drag ) with pe3, and was wondering whether this reel could be matched up with a rod around 5:6 TO 6:0 in the same line class to be used for some slow type jigging with pirate style and lucanus jigs say 80 to 120 - 150 gram, price range from $300 - $400. Anyone have any ideas.

Already have setup with same sepcs, looking for something slightly smaller in jig range, may even down size braid to pe2.

I just ordered a Tcurve
I just ordered a Tcurve revolution vertical 60- 120gr pe1-3. $205 from mo.tackle. Shimano has discontinued that particular model and has no stock. I wanted to try one with a curado300e to chuck med to heavy plastics and med sized lures.
Sorry I didnt read length requirements, rod is 7'6". Maybe a Wilson venom PE1-3 they are 5'6".
