hedland
summer time is fairly average around hedland with the strong summer sthwster blowing fairly well non stop stirrin the water up big time..me and a mate used to dive at night when it was abit calmer but lots more hairy... theres always a few bluebone around and occasionally u might snare a trout as most of the shallower spots around hedland cop a hammering. weedie island and downes passage are probably the spots the have a hunt around jamie. its just a case of finding you own little ledge mate.. a burley of mudcrab cray and prawn leftovers will usually bring any nice blueys into your area... as for sharks i dove there for 13 yrs and never had any problems. but they are there so be cautious. gis a pm if u want a few more tips dude
