Spinning combo advice

Im looking for a 9'spin combo for casting lures and sp off the beach for tailor/salmon etc.

I have used the search function and noticed fwa rods are quite popular,I'm keen on the shimano jewel aswel because I have the 6' jewel for river and im very happy with it.

I have also seen bcf have a shimano se4000  starlo combo for $169 on line, does anyone rate these?

Can anyone tell me what price range the fwa rod are in?and any other info on them or similar rods,or combos before I go shopping tomorrow would be  awsome, cheers

I have a smaller catana and its a great rod for a reasonable price.  I have it matched to a 4000 shimano seido.

I also have a 2-5kg starlo rod and its my favourite outfit with a 2500 Sedona.

Check out either www.motackle.com.au or www.fishingtackleshop.com.au both are by far the 2 cheapest places I have found.  I've bought off both and been very happy with the service and shipment (in fact both combos above I bought off them)

Hi mate, the FWA 9 ft is about 170, 30-70gram cast weight and rated 6-10kg line, use mine with a 4000 Symetre or 5000 stradic, love it, would recomend it no problem. Theres a few options out there, but as with any thing, depends on your budget.
