SPONSERSHIP NEEDED!

I am writing on behalf of a good friend of mine - She is 24 years old and a very good Hairdresser. She is looking for sponsorship ASAP to stay in Australia. She is trustworthy, hard working, friendly and talented! If anyone can help or knows anyone that can help she would be very greatful!!

It’s not as hard as it looks.

It’s not as hard as it looks. The employer must be properly running business, fill up few forms, show last year tax return etc.. Then the employee must be qualified for the particular position. Then the employment itself has same rules and regulations as having a local worker.

Sponsorship is hard to come by for some reason. I have a friend here with master in economics and MBA and because employers are bit stubborn to go through a bit of paperwork, she still hasn’t found a job.

I may be mistaken but I

I may be mistaken but I thought that hairdressing was in demand so was looked favourably upon, may require her to look at country postings as well Sherbs. Wishing her the best of luck & I will have a look around town.

Likc- for the same reason MBA's are plentiful maybe that's why her employers are being pricks? Fickle business this emigration stuff without mentioning the elephant in the room being leaky boats travelling down.

I don’t think MBA’s are

I don’t think MBA’s are plentiful. Just the entry requirements are pretty tough. Bachelor degree and 5 years of management experience, so you need to be pretty determined to go back to school after 5+ years of working and study that alongside your job. Unfortunately the immigration law doesn’t help to the right people…

Well we are off topic here so apologies for the hijack Sherbs

Likc - Apologies, when I say plentiful it's probably more of a reflection of my vocation & colleagues whom have or are pursuing this. Never heard of the five years managerial experience as a pre req. Working, studying, wife, kids etc. yeah it's a bitch but some of us have no other choice
