Went out with walfootrot today . No duos just used exile jigs . Got some thumpers. I can’t wait for water to clear.

You can now buy salt and pepper panko crumbs
Which are brilliant, you might also,like to try adding ground sumac to your crumbs, adds a beautiful citrus hint which goes great with salt and pepper squid ".........

I use cayjun powder
As a booster. I also do squid 4 times in mix prior to cooking. ( build it up) . Slice squid on inside 3 ways. Tender as ,winner tonight
