Have
Have caught plenty of squid in a boat, just off the south wall at hillarys mate. Head down just before sunrise, with your pink squid jig..and pepper any weed patches with your jig. Do a search on this website on hillarys, you will see plenty of squid catches all around Hillarys Boat Harbour. Also there is a good article in one of the fishwrecked online magazines, that Colin wrote, on fishing around Hillarys..check it out.

if you want to go a little
if you want to go a little bit further than the moles (about 10 mins) Coogee or Woodmans point jettys are ok as well as Woodmans point itself.

weve been getting our limit
weve been getting our limit every time in around 3 hours just off woodies, in a boat tho but i would recomend somwhere in the sound. just look for heaps of sea grass and cast a small light weight jig.

yeah. keeping 15cm tailor is just beyond my comprehension. not to mention those fishos with no courtesy whatsoever. they see your line out and they just blatantly cast over.
