Sticky Zips on Clears

Hi Fishwreckers,
Anybody have any good ideas on how to free up stuck plastic ( nylon?) zips on my clears?

Try some silicone spray.

If realy stuck, hot hairdryer, silcone spray and she will be free. Works well on stuck wetsuit booty zips.

Selly's ezy glide
Selly's ezy glide worked on mine, sprayed both sides left for half an hour and with a bit of effort slipped away
resprayed once they were free, now do them once a month

I tried silicone and had no
I tried silicone and had no luck and then tried water and it worked great. I think the water actually removes the salt rather than just making things slippery.

Great tip , though i was off to the upholsterers there for a while as they were stuck solid.Boiling Hot water half an hour later , rub and a tug they came free.
You guys put anything on the channel runners , zips and studs im thinking some vasoline? Thanks to fishwrecked i didnt f%$K them.

lonolin spray
lonolin spray as a maintenance item too, lasts longer than silicon spray.

Lip balm chap stick on the zips as recommended from a mate , like new now and smells like strawberry.

Studs and runners
Filled with vasoline should last a while , mate is a yaughty swears by the stuff.

Lanolin grease and if the
Lanolin grease and if the zipper is stuffed replace it with a fixnzip (Google it)
