strangest looking fish you caught.

Just wondering about some of the strange looking fish that have been caught , not just locally but north and south, for that matter anywhere at all.
Mine would have to be from the book Sea Fishes of Southern Australia, is a frog fish, however i tried to google it but none of the ones on there looked anything like it. mine was reddish color with loads of small purple blotches all over it. looked quite good with the colors but strange, got this out from rocko a few years back
sorry cant find the pic of it i had, its somewhere buried in this computer and me being me havnt got a clue where to start looking

Stargazer
Could be a three / four way toss up. Have caught Blotched jawfish, stargazer, stonefish on line and hook and even your frogfish in a craypot

I caught a swan river cobbler on fly years ago... self tied pink n white clouser... fishing from a yacht club jetty/ramp years ago(think they call the cops if ya fish from it now)ok Id cast but had to drop my rod to give the ol boy a hand with something that I cant remember that required that kinda urgency... picked my rod up and... wow.. no pics, cause phones were still analog back then, but there was these smallish cobbler all over the ramp under the orange lights
